Intake + Goals

Short intake form + quick call to understand sport demands, history, and targets (speed, pain, performance).

Assessment

Movement screen + sport-specific testing (rotation, single-leg control, shoulder/hip mobility, power outputs).

Plan Build

You get a training roadmap with phases: foundation –> strength –> power/speed –> in-season maintenance.

In-person: coached sessions. Hybrid: remote program + scheduled check-ins + video feedback.
